Pn’B offers our Boxing Fit personal training and wellness coaching to attorneys as well as other desk-centric professionals.
Rather than a “one size fits all” workout routine, clients receive one-on-one coaching that meets them at their current level and addresses their specific needs. This includes considering the limited time they may have to spend in the gym. The focus is on realistic, achievable fitness milestones: lose weight, improve posture, gain better movement habits, reduce nagging aches and pains, and feel fitter, stronger, and healthier! Whether you’re an experienced athlete with an established workout routine who is looking to try something new, a semi-regular gym-goer who is looking to learn more or jump start a stagnant routine, or are brand new to exercise altogether, we are excited to work with you toward greater fitness and well-being.
Many people see weight gain, physical breakdown, and the onset of nagging body aches as an inevitable consequence of aging. We want to show you the value of corrective exercise, which focuses on identifying static and dynamic postural dysfunction as the root cause of chronic pain. The right mobility and muscle activation exercises can help right these imbalances and stop the cycle of cumulative injury. This philosophy of “prehabilitation” (as opposed to rehabilitation) can help clients avoid medical intervention and set them on the path to reclaiming a more pain-free daily life.
Pn’B promotes physical fitness through simple body maintenance. It’s also a resource for holistic wellness, dedicated to offering inspiration and resources for establishing work-life balance, improving greater mental and spiritual satisfaction, and cultivating a sense of integrity and purpose.

Testimonials
“There are several similarities between boxing and litigation,” Ross says. “Just like litigation, preparation is everything for a fight. In law, you must take the time to conduct proper discovery, develop legal theories and prepare for different arguments. You also must be flexible and fluid in your approach to litigation. In boxing, you also must be very prepared. You must be fluid and flexible in the ring. You can’t fake a fight. You must have a game plan and you must have the ability to adapt to different circumstances as they present themselves.”
Ross- Domestic Relations Law
“Boxing is a huge stress relief, especially after a hard day at the office,” Jones says. “The fact that I could take my stress out on the bag, the mitts or a sparring partner really helped. My trainers used to tell me that I should come train after a hard day because I would hit harder.”
Jones- Guardianship proceedings and estate litigation
Lewis says another similarity is that in both boxing and lawyering you are often alone: “There is no one to blame but yourself when you are in the boxing gym facing your obstacles or arguing in front of a jury. In boxing, you must process information quickly in the ring and respond to your opponent. You must be able to read your opponent, such as noticing by his muscle twitches whether he is going to throw a jab or hook. The same principle applies in the courtroom, where you must be able to read where the defense is going, read your witnesses, and read the judge.”
Lewis- Criminal Law
