I want to claim 50% OFF OF ONE MONTH of training 2x/week for 30 minute sessions for a 12-month personal training package! By checking this box and signing below, I agree to allow Punches n’ Bunches Boxing Studio to charge me $318 for my first month and $636 for the next eleven months.
By filling in the form below, I understand that a Punches n’ Bunches Boxing Studio representative will contact me to get me scheduled for my first appointment but that it is ultimately my responsibility to schedule and attend all training sessions.
